Our Services and Approach

From your initial enquiry to completion and on aftercare matters we are available to talk to.

Once we receive your instructions in the form of specifications and other details such as drawings and Bill of Quantities, (whether for a few range of items or a model room, for partial or complete roll out) we proceed to:

  • Provide our best quote and lead times for manufacture and delivery, to meet your project programme segments.
  • Upon receipt of your written approval of our quote and receipt of your purchase order and a deposit payment, we move onto preparing and providing various finish samples and exchanging workshop drawings, and obtain your written approvals.
  • Upon approvals, we start the production, liaising and advising you of the progress and completion.
  • We can arrange haulage to site or to your depot as DDP, DUP or DAP.
  • We can offer installation services, if required.
  • We provide requisite certificates and operation and maintenance information.
  • We give a 2 year product guarantee, excluding mis-use.
